Warehouse Driver Person

We are pleased to be recruiting for a Warehouse & Logistics coordinator on behalf of our client – a successful independent trade counter business that supplies a wide range of windows, doors, bifolds and roof lanterns based in Bristol.

The role:

• Working as part of a busy trade branch team you will manage the goods in/out for the branch
• Receive deliveries, putting goods away in the warehouse
• Preparing orders to be collected and delivered, loading orders onto vans
• Driving a 3.5t Box Van you will delivery drive orders and unload the products at customer sites (3.5t van)
• Deal with customers on site and at the trade counter, answering queries and delivering a great customer service
• IT confident to book goods in and out, check orders and plan routes

Skills & Experience:

• Previous 3.5t delivery driving experience is essential
• Specific experience within a trade counter type environment is highly desirable
• Warehouse/loading and unloading experience - the role involves some heavy lifting
• The successful applicant will have good people skills - able to get on well with trade customers - and will be proactive and have good customer service approach
• A valid UK driving licence is essential.

Package

• Basic salary of £28k PLUS a branch bonus scheme, giving an OTE of approximately £36k.
• Working hours are 07.30-16.30 Monday to Friday (No Weekends or Bank Holidays)
