Production Manager - upvc

Our candidate is an experienced Production Manager, reporting to the Directors. Experience includes;

• Managing a production team of approximately 50 including team leaders & supervisors
• Full responsibility for the production of upvc windows, meeting KPI expectations
• Achieving OTIF targets & quality standards
• Health & safety, recruitment & training and people management 
• Building trusting relationships with key customers
