Order Processing Manager
MacGregor Recruitment are specialist recruiters for the fenestration sector. We have a great opportunity for an experienced Sales Order Processor with supervisory experience to join a successful window & door supply business near Stoke. This is a great career opportunity to join an ambitious business that is performing strongly and growing.
Order Processing Manager role:
- Oversee and lead the sales order processing function for the business
- Manage, support and develop a team of 6 experienced processors – monitoring and managing KPIs
- Build and manage supplier relationships, ensuring quality, delivery, and cost-effectiveness
- Monitor market trends and conduct analysis to inform purchasing decisions.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, pricing, and other important data
- Providing reports and updates to the directors
- A hands on role where you will also be processing alongside your team
Skills & Experience:
- Significant order processing experience specifically within the window & door sector is essential
- Previous supervisory / managerial experience is required
- Strong people, communication and relationship building skills
- The successful candidate will also be highly organised & analytical, have great customer service skills and be able to inspire and motivate a team to achieve together
Package:
- Salary circa £35k DOE. Working hours are 08.00-17.00 Monday to Thursday, 08.00-16.00 Fridays.
