Branch Assistant / Order Processor

MacGregor Recruitment are specialist recruiters for the UK fenestration sector. We are recruiting for a Trade Branch Assistant / Order Processor to join a successful trade branch based in the Worsley areea that supply a wide range of upvc and aluminium windows and doors to trade.  

Branch Assistant role:

• Reporting to the Branch Manager and as part of a small team you will support trade customers and deliver a great service
• Process quotations and orders of windows and doors using a window designer system
• Chase up quotes given by telephone, book in deliveries and collections, and take payments
• Help out with the wider trade counter operations as required

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience of order processing windows and doors with a window manufacturer or trade counter is essential 
• Excellent customer service and people skills - able to get on well with trade customers and colleagues
• An accurate approach to work, to ensure order processing is accurate 
• A confident IT user and comfortable using the telephone

The Package:

• Basic circa £24-25k DOE 
• PLUS monthly branch bonus scheme, based on branch performance to sales target
• 25 days annual leave (plus statutory days)
• Monday to Friday hours - no Saturday working!
