Order Processor - Aluminium

My client are an established manufacturer and supplier of aluminium windows & doors with a manufacturing operation based in the West Bromwich area. With a strong order book they are financially secure, expanding their operations and now have an opportunity for an Sales Order Processor to join their team to process quotations and orders.

The Role:

• You will check order specifications, querying and gathering additional information as required
• Input volume orders into a window design programme
• Liaise with internal teams and management teams 
• Part of a large team you will support with administration and customer service as required 

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience of Order Processing windows and doors is essential 
• Specific experience of aluminium fenestration products is highly desirable 
• Proactive and able to manage own workload
• Excellent attention to detail to minimise errors 
• Have good people and communication skills, written and verbal 

The Package:

• Salary is to £25-30k depending on window order processing experience and skills 
• 25 days annual leave plus statutory 
• 35 hour working week - 08.30 - 17.00 Monday to Thursday, 09.00-15.00 Friday
