Branch Manager - Building Plastics & Windows

MacGregor Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a successful, dynamic and expanding multi-branch trade counter business that supply a wide range of building plastics, EPDM roofline and windows & doors to trade.

With a great reputation in the market for excellent customer service, our client are looking to appoint an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager who has the passion and drive to launch and develop their brand new trade branch opening soon in Leigh!

Branch Manager role:

• To build and develop relationships with your customers and potential customers, answering queries, providing quotes and ensuring a fantastic customer experience every time
• Leading a small team you will oversee the day to day branch operations and ensure that the branch sales develop in line with budgets 
• A hands on role where you will help to process quotes and orders, make calls to chase up quotes, arrange collections / deliveries, help with goods in/out as required and swiftly resolve any issues that arise 
• Supporting and developing your team, training and coaching as required 
• Opening, closing, banking and reporting branch figures 

Skills & Experience:

• Previous trade counter management experience and knowledge of roofline plastics / window & doors is essential  
• Strong people and communication skills - the ability to build and develop great customer and colleague relationships
• The successful candidate will be organised, customer centric, proactive in approach, and have the commerciality and sales flair to spot and develop commercial opportunities 
• Driving Licence 

Package:

• Basic £30-32k DOE + monthly bonus scheme of up to £450 a month 
• Hours are 07.30-16.30 Mon-Thur, 07.30-16.00 Friday and Sat AM on a rota.
